About SKI Vascular Center
With three convenient locations, SKI Vascular Centers are outpatient surgery centers specializing in dialysis vascular access care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals:
Our centers offer a comprehensive range of services, including arteriovenous fistula creation, arteriovenous graft placement, catheter placement and removal, thrombectomy, angioplasty, and stent placement. We are committed to delivering compassionate care and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs:

- Each physician has over 20 years of experience
- Over 5000 interventional access procedures annually
- 1st center in the country to do a percutaneous fistula creation procedure
SKI Vascular Center participated in the Ellipsys percutaneous fistula pivotal trial and performed the first percutaneous AVF in 2015. Physicians from SKI later co-authored the pivotal study reporting safety and efficacy outcomes. Following FDA approval in 2018, SKI became the first ambulatory surgery center in the United States to offer the Ellipsys System.
